Overview


Karen Lin focuses her practice on Supreme Court and appellate litigation, as well as major motions in trial court. She has briefed appellate matters and trial motions in state and federal courts across the country, and has argued before New York and Florida state courts and the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. In particular, she has considerable experience in the areas of product liability, privacy, and antitrust and competition law.
