Daniel Kim focuses his practice on the formation and operation of a variety of private investment funds, including private equity, hedge, credit, hybrid, real estate funds, and bespoke investment vehicles and products such as funds-of-one, managed accounts, and joint ventures. He assists fund sponsors and investment professionals in connection with the organization and documentation of internal firm arrangements and advises on regulatory compliance, reporting obligations, and other related transactional matters. Daniel also represents investors in the acquisition and disposition of private investment fund interests, both on a primary basis and in secondary market transactions.
