She represents clients in employment law court proceedings and also advises on data protection, in particular on employee data protection.
Furthermore, Franziska has extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, in particular in the IT sector. In this field, she advises clients both in large transactions and in complex litigation cases before ordinary courts and arbitration tribunals.
During her legal clerkship at the Higher Regional Court of Dresden Franziska worked for a local law firm in Dresden, and a reputable international law firm in Barcelona, Spain.
