Marie-Elisabeth George focuses her practice on labor and employment law. She advises both national and global businesses on restructuring projects, employment due diligence, employment litigation, HR related matters and disputes as well as ad hoc employee concerns.
Her experience covers all aspects of collective and individual employment law matters in France, including advising companies on hiring, working time, disciplinary measures and termination of employment, as well as managing their staff representatives.
Her practice also includes representing companies before French Courts (disputes relating to working time, harassment, occupational accidents and termination of employment) and negotiating settlement agreements.
Marie-Elisabeth has experience in, among others, the pharmaceutical, manufacturing and media industries.
