Martin Kalbhenn focuses his practice on advising issuers, underwriters and other market participants on equity capital markets transactions, in particular initial public offerings (IPOs), capital increases/rights offerings and private placements as well as equity-linked transactions, such as convertible and exchangeable bonds. He also advises on general corporate law matters.
Prior to joining McDermott, Martin worked as a lawyer as well as a trainee lawyer at an international law firm in the field of equity capital markets.
