Overview


Joe has over 20 years of extensive experience in international capital markets transactions, including initial public offerings, rights issuances, accelerated primary and secondary offerings, Rule 144A transactions, US registered offerings, private placement transactions and debt offerings, as well as cross-border mergers and acquisitions, dual track processes and other corporate transactions. He has worked across a broad range of industries, including chemicals, life science, real estate and the automotive industry. He heads the firm’s Frankfurt office.

  • Represented Joh. Berenberg, Gossler Co. & KG in a number of private placements in Europe and the United States via an accelerated bookbuilding process totalling over €1 billion.
  • Represented Aumann AG on its €251 million initial public offering on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange and a follow-on €80 million sale of shares in a private placement via an accelerated bookbuilding process with Citibank and Joh. Berenberg, Gossler Co. & KG as underwriters.
