Overview
David M. O’Leary focuses his practice on complex civil litigation and product liability defense. He is a member of a national counsel team representing a Fortune 100 company in its mass tort litigation. David is passionate about individual civil liberties and continually seeks pro-bono opportunities to assist underserved individuals. He is a recent graduate of the National Institute of Trial Advocacy training program.
