Philip Corser focuses his practice on global and UK corporate transactions. He has 15 years’ experience acting on a wide range of complex public and private mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity capital market transactions and solvent and insolvent restructurings. Philip provides comprehensive advice on private asset and share purchases, public takeovers, stock exchange listings, shareholders’ agreements, group reorganisations, securities regulations, listing, disclosure and reporting rules, corporate governance and company law.
Philip has a wealth of experience in a wide range of business areas, including in particular the healthcare, pharmaceutical, biotechnology, financial services and industrial sectors.
