Shurong Qu focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions, as well as on matters relating to Africa. She advises Chinese, French and international companies on all aspects of corporate and financial law.
In her cross-border transactional practice, Shurong has advised foreign companies in their acquisitions in France. Her experiences cover various areas, including pharmaceutics, tourism, energy, and semiconductor manufacture, food & beverage, biotechnology, life science, automotive industry, e-commerce, insurance and gases supply.
Shurong advises both investment funds and industrial companies in the reorganization of management package, due diligences, licenses and distribution agreements relating to health care products, and restructurings in France. She also assists clients in IPO projects on the French regulated market.
