John J. Sullivan focuses his practice on banking, corporate and securities matters, including representation of foreign banks in their banking and securities operations in the United States. He also represents US financial institutions and US and foreign investment banks in US-related activities. In addition, John’s practice involves representation of investment advisors and asset managers as well as offshore investment funds sponsored by such entities.
