Emmanuelle Turek focuses her practice on M&A and Private Equity with particular expertise in leveraged buyouts (LBOs). She advises French, German and international companies, private equity funds, as well as managers on all aspects of corporate and financial law.
Prior to joining McDermott, Emmanuelle was a trainee at various international law firms in France and in Germany.
