Overview
Kristian Werling, Kevin Miller, Larry Guess and Richard Smith were the McDermott lawyers who represented Baxter International Inc. in a licensing agreement it reached with Merrimack Pharmaceuticals Inc. The agreement gives Baxter exclusive rights to develop and commercialize outside of the U.S. and Taiwan an investigative treatment for pancreatic cancer.
