Overview
Tony Maida has joined the health practice of McDermott’s New York office as a partner focusing on federal Anti-Kickback and Physician Self-Referral/Stark Law matters. Mr. Maida previously served as deputy chief of the administrative and civil remedies branch of the Office of Counsel to the Inspector General at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.
