Overview
Stephanie McCann led a McDermott team that advised Sensata Technologies BV, a global sensor and controls manufacturer, in a multi-transaction debt financing that included a $700 million private placement of senior notes. Other members of the McDermott deal team from Chicago included corporate partner Heidi Steele and associates William Hadler, Daniel Goldstein and Alexander Tanton. Tax partner Daniel Zucker and employee benefits partner Maureen O’Brien also assisted.
