Russell Hayman, Jon Dean, Rita Yoon and Sarah Walters were named “Legal Lions” of the week after a jury cleared their client Plantronics of claims asserted by a competitor in a $600 million antitrust trial. The Delaware jury found after a weeklong trial that any so-called Plantronics-only distributors did not violate the Sherman and Clayton Acts.
