Margaret Warner, M. Miller Baker, Mark Collins and Joshua Rogaczewski represented New York City’s captive insurer, WTC Captive, in a settlement involving first responders to the 9/11 World Trade Center terrorist attacks. The Second Circuit has ordered a recalculation of additional payments the plaintiffs can collect in the settlement.
