4 Hospitals Say Sensitive Info at Risk in FTC Merger Suit

David Hanselman Jr., Ashley Fischer and Kaitlin Sheehan are representing four Chicago-area health care providers in Illinois federal court, asking to intervene in a Federal Trade Commission suit opposing the merger of two other area hospitals because confidential information that the FTC has subpoenaed from the intervenors is at risk.
