Overview
Paul Devinsky and Stefan Meisner are defense counsel to one of multiple table saw manufacturers in an antitrust lawsuit over a saw safety system. The Fourth Circuit revived some parts of the lawsuit but upheld the dismissal of claims that the tool manufacturers manipulated the standard-setting process to exclude the system.
