Sally Rosenberg, McDermott Deputy General Counsel, authored this bylined article about the Firm’s unique Code of Conduct, which Ms. Rosenberg wrote “at its heart … describes the role each of our employees play as stewards, ambassadors, and professionals of the Firm. We articulate in the document what it means to play each of these roles on a daily basis.” Co-Chair Jeffrey Stone noted that the Code emphasizes “our commitment to fostering a culture that openly and fully embraces ethics and absolute integrity at all times,” while Co-Chair Peter Sacripanti added that “the Code serves as a reminder to us each and every day about our Firm values and culture.”
