Sally Rosenberg was profiled for having earned a second promotion to partner at McDermott’s Washington, DC office. Ms. Rosenberg became a partner 22 years ago, before she left the profession to focus on creative interests and parenting. She returned to the firm in 2008 in a non-lawyer administrative role but soon re-entered the practice of law. “Life is not linear,” Ms. Rosenberg said. “McDermott has been nothing short of tremendous in recognizing this reality.”
