Abénex Provides Capital to Square, a Fast-Growing International Consulting Group

Gregoire Andrieux, Louis Leroy, Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly and Lionel Lesur advised on corporate, financing and antitrust issues as investment firm Abénex became a minority shareholder (along with the founders and some 20 partners) in European consulting group Square.
