James Kapp said that a 60-day moratorium on Section 363x bankruptcy sales, as proposed in an American Bankruptcy Institute commission report on reforming the Bankruptcy Code, would allow for all creditors to receive notice to ensure competitive bidding, and give the debtor time to consider alternatives.
