After 15 Years on the Bench, a Judge Returns to McDermott

Robert Cordy, who served 15 years as an associate justice on the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, is rejoining McDermott as a litigation partner. Mr. Cordy, who in his eight previous years at the Firm had headed the Boston office, said, “My reason for selecting McDermott was not only my comfort level with many of the partners there, but also their international platform has a lot of importance to me.”
