All Aboard Florida Could Be in Court in Six Weeks

Stephen Ryan called Martin County, Florida’s summary judgment motion on its effort to halt federal funding approval for a high speed rail project “an effort to begin to finally complete this lawsuit.” Mr. Ryan said that within six weeks of defendant and plaintiff responses on the motion, “from our perspective, the case will then be ready for the judge’s ruling.”
