Allergan, Kissei Settle with Sandoz in Prostate Drug Suit

Jeffrey Gargano, Brent Hawkins, Kevin Shortsle, Rita Yoon, Wan-Shon Lo and Thomas Steindler were IP litigation co-counsel representing pharmaceutical company Sandoz to reach an agreement dismissing all claims in patent infringement litigation over a medication that treats enlarged prostates.
