LONDON – McDermott Will & Emery represented American firm Alsco Inc., one of the world’s largest textile rental and laundry companies, in its acquisition of linen supplier CLEAN Linen Services Limited, one of the UK’s largest commercial laundry businesses.
Headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah, USA, Alsco employs over 18,000 people and services more than 350,000 customers in 13 countries. The firm already had a presence across continental Europe, and the addition of CLEAN now extends its reach into the UK.
The McDermott team was led by Transactions partner Nick Azis and associate Calum Thom in London.
