Alvène Adds to Its Investors

Bertrand Delafaye, Herschel Guez and Claire Barra were corporate counsel to Alvène, a French manufacturer of kitchen ventilation systems, as it added Bpifrance and its co-investor Socadif to the reinvestment by current co-investor Nord Capital in support of management’s 50%-plus ownership.
