Overview
McDermott was one of three Am Law 100 firms advising on a $3.45 billion deal whereby bar-code printer Zebra Technologies will acquire the enterprise business of Motorola Solutions. Counseling Motorola Solutions on antitrust aspects of the deal was a McDermott team that included Washington, D.C.-based partners Joel Grosberg and Carla Hine, and Brussels partner Andrea Hamilton.
