‘American Idol’ Producer Cleared For Exit From Ch. 11

Darren Azman and Timothy Walsh resolved a dispute between their client, the creator of the “American Idol” television show, and the show’s bankrupt producer, by satisfying obligations under a consulting arrangement between the parties. Mr. Azman said that the settlement was in the best interest of all concerned and would allow the business “to move on and close the door on the Chapter 11 case.”
