John Dabney is representing American Specialty Health in a trademark counterfeiting and infringement lawsuit against American Specialty Healthcare, American Specialty College, and a number of executives. Mr. Dabney called his client’s trademark registration “incontestable,” the result of spending “millions of dollars building brand awareness for its nationally recognized health services.”
