William Gaede III, Eric Hagen, Bhanu Sadasivan, Sarah Columbia, Katherine Nicole Clouse and Lauren Martin continue as part of the team representing Amgen in Federal Circuit review of the company’s cholesterol-lowering drug patents and the action by a lower court to uphold the patents and impose an injunction against sale of an infringing drug.
