CHICAGO – International law firm McDermott Will & Emery served as legal adviser to Amulet Capital Partners, LP – a Greenwich, Connecticut-based healthcare private equity investment firm – in their recent formation of CC Amulet Management, LLC. This new company will provide business and practice management to Children’s Choice Pediatric Dental Care, a California-based dental service provider focused on delivering care to children, infants, adolescents and those with special needs.
CC Amulet Management, LLC will be headquartered in Sacramento, California, supporting dental practices that serve pediatric patients through both commercial and state/federal-assisted programs across 16 practice locations throughout California. The specific terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
