Lisa Linsky said that an Eleventh Circuit ruling to reinstate a sex discrimination case filed by a transgender employee is likely to be influential “because of the evidentiary framework that the 11th Circuit sets out.” Ms. Linsky noted that the court found enough circumstantial evidence to indicate possible discrimination in the employee’s termination, and a jury should decide “how much credibility to give this circumstantial evidence.” Read the full article.
