Banks Brown was a member of the legal team that negotiated a settlement under which one of the last remaining large holdout bondholders from Argentina’s national debt restructurings will receive more than $40.5 million in exchange for surrendering its defaulted bonds and dismissing its lawsuit against Argentina.
