Arguments in House Lawsuit May Pose Next Threat to ACA

Ankur Goel said that U.S. District Judge Rosemary Collyer, who is considering whether to allow a House Republican lawsuit against the Affordable Care Act to proceed, “really likes to understand the cases before her. She’s a thorough and diligent judge. It’s not unusual for her to ask the government, the executive branch, to explain itself.”
