Marcos Jimenez, who with Gregg Fierman has represented a major French bank through years of litigation over a property asset portfolio of two developers convicted of tax evasion, said that the Miami property just sold from the portfolio is the third and “obviously the biggest and most valuable.” Mr. Jimenez added that the $80 million sale is one of the top deals, price-wise, to hit the downtown Miami market recently.
