Pierre-Arnoux Mayoly said that he joined McDermott’s Paris office to head the growing banking business and finance practices because he “was attracted by the opportunity to join an expanding team in Paris that has the ambition to build a high-quality firm.” Mr. Mayoly has extensive experience in structured finance transactions and other financing activities for borrowers and lenders.
