Peter Sacripanti, John Calandra and Darren Azman continue to represent Honeywell Inc. as one of two companies involved in litigation with asbestos injury settlement trusts. The trusts are asking a Delaware bankruptcy judge to vacate a Pennsylvania federal court ruling that gave the companies access to plaintiff records in the suit.
