James Kapp continued among the lawyers for France’s Arianespace SA in objecting to a Delaware bankruptcy court’s grant of contract relief to an Australian satellite company. The French firm had a contract to launch a satellite for the Australian debtor, and contended the Delaware court lacked jurisdiction over an agreement governed by French law and naming France as venue for any arbitration dispute.
