A California federal judge ended efforts by a group of beer drinkers to revive their antitrust case opposing Anheuser-Busch InBev’s $20.1 million acquisition of Group Modelo, and Raymond Jacobsen commented that the articles he discovered after the case was dismissed do not suggest any unlawful agreements. “Even if we did follow another company, it’s not illegal to look at what a bigger company is doing,” Mr. Jacobsen argued.
