Overview
Lydia Kelley was one of three law firm leaders and Michigan Law School alumni who spoke about the profession to the school’s law students. Ms. Kelley emphasized mentoring and professional development programs at leading law firms and urged the students to take advantage of them as well as mentoring efforts with peers. “Just look around. One of the people sitting in this room might be your mentor someday,” Ms. Kelley noted.
