Bill with Return Penalty Increase, Permanent ITFA Heads to Obama

Stephen Kranz congratulated Congress for enacting a permanent extension of the Internet Tax Freedom Act (ITFA), but he said he also hoped that Congress will now take up sales tax issues as they relate to nexus and digital goods.
