Boston Bombing Suspect Asks to Move Trial to Washington

Mark Pearlstein, speaking as a former federal prosecutor, speculated that the request by the Boston Marathon bombing suspect for a change of venue in his trial over the terrorist attack “has a decent chance of success, if only because the marathon bombing had such a huge and pervasive influence in Boston.”
