Timothy Walsh said the minority bondholders he represents would “probably appeal” a Brazilian court’s approval of a restructuring plan for energy company OGX. Because the approval has not yet been published, and an appeal can be made within 10 days after publication, Mr. Walsh added that he and his clients “wait and see what the judge says in his approval of the restructuring” before deciding on an appeal.
