Andrea Kramer addressed lessons from her book Breaking Through Bias: Communication Techniques For Women To Succeed At Work, in this blog interview on how to tackle unconscious gender bias in the workplace. Ms. Kramer explained that effective workplace communication for women requires knowing who you are, what you want to accomplish and how you are making it happen, and suggested asking yourself how you need to change the way you communicate in order for the other person to hear it.
