Brooklyn Brewery Wants ‘BKLYN’ Beer Trademark Canceled

John Dabney and Katie Bukrinsky represent The Brooklyn Brewery in asking the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board to cancel a trademark registration held by cross-borough rival Sixpoint Brewery for the abbreviation “BKLYN.”
