Michael Morgan, who spoke at SAE International’s November 17 presentation on “Connected Vehicles & Cybersecurity,” said that senior executive support distinguishes a good cybersecurity program which has the resources and budget to do testing, reviews, audits, assessments, and planning. “You don’t need to have a perfect incident response plan, but you need to have one in place [that has] received support from the top,” Mr. Morgan said.
