“Weak” Canadian Chocolate Evidence Melts in Third Circuit

David Marx (Chicago), Nicole Castle (New York) and Stefan Meisner (Washington, DC) defended one of three makers of chocolate candy over class action price fixing allegations. The Third Circuit’s decision to uphold a district court grant of summary judgment in the case came a few days after Canada suspended prosecution of the Firm’s client regarding the claims.
