Eric Zimmerman said that House Republican Leader Cantor’s primary election loss means any action on healthcare issues by House Republicans will focus on the November elections. Speaking of the GOP leaders, Mr. Zimmerman noted that “they were going to move forward with something anyway. Regardless of what they do it’s just political positioning for the upcoming election.”
