Chamber Presses Effort to File Amici Brief in U.S. Microsoft Case

M. Todd Welty, Mark Thomas, Laura Gavioli and Denise Mudigere were pro hac vice counsel to the Chamber of Commerce of the United States, urging the US District Court for the Western District of Washington to let the Chamber submit an amicus brief in the US government’s suit to enforce IRS summonses against Microsoft Corp.
